People & Development Manager

About the job

We’re after a new People & Development Manager – ultimately someone who’s a real people-person, an expert multitasker, has a very hands-on approach, and is driven by an analytical viewpoint.

You’ll be the sole driving force behind the company’s people strategy and staff wellbeing - with a constant need to adapt to quick changes and situations, whilst reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Senior Management Team.

As you’ll be accountable for generating employee participation, fostering positive working relationships, and all staff professional development, you must be able to operate with absolute autonomy and possess an intellectual curiosity.

A knack for engaging others with communication is key, with your instinctive abilities to coach, inspire, and influence helping to improve all core people metrics.
